Have you looked around the location properly?		The studio is currently not suitable for filming due to the lack of equipment.
Do you need written permission to use the location or a security pass?		To use the studio independently you need to book with Mel
Have you identified the equipment you will need for your shoot?		Yes, everything needed is available
Will you require access to an electricity supply? If so, will you need a technician/site staff?		No, it wont be necessary for an electricity supply.
Have you taken photographs of the location?		Yes there are multiple photographs taken from within the location.
Identified and assessed the health and safety issues? See H&S Document provided.		All risks and possible hazards have been addressed in the risk assessment which has been completed.
Have you considered positioning of the camera, light sources? If shooting video, please identify noise issues.		Yes, all factors for the shoot have been taken into consideration.
Identified places of interest for your shooting schedule?		The shoot will just take place in the photography studio and will not take very long to complete.
Confirmed shooting date with models, crew and location owner?		Everything will be done independently and will undergo shooting as soon as we are given the time
Checked weather forecast for shoot dates? You will need to factor in a weather day if you need to move dates, to be arranged with all people involved in the shoot.		The weather does not factor into the shoot as everything will be taking place inside the studio.
